Pre-School Leader

Hello,
My names Ella and I have recently joined the Meppershall preschool team as
the Preschool Leader.
I have been working in Early years since 2016, and gained my Level 5 diploma
in 2021.
During my time in early years I have developed a range of skills and have
completed a range of relevant training courses-
 Lift off to language for 2 year olds
 Lift off to language for 3 and 4 year olds
 Triple P training
 Senco training
 Healthy smiles training
 Safeguarding level 3
 Health and safety
 Paediatric first aid
 Basic sign language
 Characteristics of effective learning
I have spent a few months working for the NHS as part of the paediatric
Speech and Language therapy team, where I have gained lots of skills to
support my work in early years.
Towards the start of my career I spent time working in a forest preschool, I am
passionate about the importance of the outdoor environment and the impact
that risky play opportunities have on children’s development in early years.

I am passionate about working with children and ensuring that their time at
preschool is the best it can be!
